These Terms of Service are a general template for this shop and should be reviewed before public launch. By using this shop, you agree to these terms.

1. What this shop sells

Pupnado Shop sells digital, in-bot items for Dog Bot, including Pupnado minutes and loot crates. These items are virtual, have no cash value, and do not represent ownership of any real-world goods.

2. Discord account delivery

Purchases are delivered to the Discord account used to log in at checkout. Delivery is based on your Discord user ID, not your display name. You are responsible for making sure you are logged in with the correct Discord account before purchasing.

3. Platform rules

You must follow Discord's rules, PayPal's rules, and the rules of any Discord server where Dog Bot is used. This shop is not operated by Discord or PayPal and is not officially endorsed by either company.

4. Digital-item changes

Dog Bot is an evolving game bot. Item names, balance, spawn rates, rewards, features, or availability may change over time. We will try to avoid unfair changes, but virtual items may be adjusted for balance, security, technical, or community reasons.

5. No resale or cash-out

Purchases are for use inside Dog Bot only. You may not sell, cash out, redeem, or exchange Pupnado minutes, loot crates, dogs, equipment, or other bot items for money unless we explicitly provide that option in writing.

6. Misuse, exploits, and abuse

We may deny, reverse, suspend, or remove access to purchased items if we reasonably believe there was fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, exploit use, bot manipulation, or other misuse.

7. Availability

The shop and Dog Bot may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, outages, hosting issues, Discord issues, PayPal issues, or other technical problems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
