2. Payment information

PayPal processes payment details. The shop does not store your full card number, bank details, or PayPal password. The shop stores PayPal order identifiers so it can confirm delivery and handle support questions.

3. How we use information

We use this information to:

• Log you in with Discord.
• Connect a completed purchase to the correct Discord account.
• Deliver Pupnado minutes, loot crates, or other purchased bot items.
• Prevent duplicate claims or fraud.
• Answer support or refund questions.

4. Cookies and sessions

The shop uses a session cookie to remember that you logged in with Discord. Logging out removes that session cookie from your browser.

5. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the shop, such as Discord for login, PayPal for payments, and Cloudflare for routing/security. Information may also be disclosed if required by law, platform rules, fraud investigation, or safety/security needs.

6. Data retention

Purchase and delivery records may be kept as long as needed for delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, support, and platform compliance. Session data may be cleared when the server restarts or when you log out.
