Refund & Support Policy
Effective date: June 21, 2026
Digital purchases are usually delivered automatically by Dog Bot after payment capture.
This Refund & Support Policy is a general template for this shop and should be reviewed before public launch.
1. Delivery timing
Purchases are normally recorded immediately after PayPal confirms payment capture. Dog Bot usually claims completed purchases within about 15 seconds, but delivery can take longer during outages, restarts, or Discord/API issues.
2. Before requesting a refund
If your purchase does not arrive, contact support first at [email protected]. Include your Discord username, approximate purchase time, product purchased, and PayPal transaction/order information.
3. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered when:
- You were charged but the item was not delivered.
- The wrong product was delivered and we cannot correct it.
- There was a duplicate accidental purchase and the extra item was not used.
- There was a clear technical failure that we cannot reasonably fix.
4. Non-refundable situations
Refunds may be denied when:
- The digital item was delivered and used.
- The request is based on buyer's remorse after use.
- The purchase was made for the wrong Discord account because the wrong account was logged in.
- There is evidence of fraud, abuse, exploit use, chargeback abuse, or rule-breaking.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback. Chargebacks can cause delivery records to be reviewed and may result in purchased items being reversed or shop access being restricted.
6. Discord Premium purchases
If a purchase is made through Discord Premium Apps rather than PayPal, Discord's own refund rules may apply. Discord may handle some billing/refund issues directly through Discord support.
